Registration and Admission

The "Prospectus" and registration form for the ensuing year is available in the month of February/March form school office on payment of prescribed fees. All application for academic session on prescribed form should reach the Principal in due time for new academic session.

  • Admission is open to all irrespective of caste and creed.
  • Children are required for and Entrance Test in Hindi, English and Maths. (1st to 9th)
  • Oral test is only for Pre-Nursery classes with informal counseling with their parents.
  • Registration is no way guarantees admission. Rights of admission are exclusively reserved with the Principal.
  • Admission to Class 11 is based on the marks scored in the Class 10 examination

Provisional Admission (Class 11)

 

To ensure that students seeking admission to class XI start classes at the earliest provisional admission is granted to them based on Pre-board result of the school and classes are conducted from the first week of April. However incase student does not score the required percentage or grade in his/her class 10 Board examination and does not obtain pass certificate, his/her admission stands cancelled and he/she is then withdrawn from the school.

Documents to be produced at the time of admission
  • The Birth Registration Certificate (attested photocopy). The certificate should be issued by any of the following: Municipal Board/Town area Committee/Pradhan of Gram Panchayat/Doctor in charge of maternity of hospital.
  • Latest report card of the student, except for the Nursery class.
  • Transfer certificate of previous school if child was studying elsewhere.
  • Aadhar card of the child.

Note: Admission will be deemed to be complete and valid only after the prescribed fee is duly deposited.

Withdrawal
  • The admission fee and registration fee are on adjustable and no refundable.
  • The security deposit is refundable subject to the deduction if dues standing against the student, when the confirmed student leaves the school or is withdrawn after the specified notice of 3 months in advance providing the student has spent at lest one term in the school.
  • The Transfer Certificate will be issued to a student only after all dues to the school have been paid by the parents.

Pre-Primary

  • Summer : 07:30 AM to 11:30 AM
  • Winter : 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM

1st to 12th

  • Summer : 07:30 AM to 01:30 PM
  • Winter : 08:30 AM to 02:30 PM
